About Our Store

Hi, I’m Doyle Schmidt, founder of Pepperking.

For more than 30 years, we’ve been growing peppers without the use of chemicals or pesticides. While our sauce company is still new, it began as a homemade passion project shared with family and friends, earning exceptional reviews along the way.

Our sauces are crafted for people who appreciate bold flavour and authentic heat, though sometimes the spice can be a little painful!

We are committed to sourcing the freshest and most unique peppers possible, with a strong focus on supporting local growers. You can currently find PepperKing products at Airdrie Backyard & Leisure and Makers at Crossiron Mills Mall.

“ I purchased this for my dad for Christmas, he's always searching for tasty and spicier hot sauces and this one lived up to the hype! He loved the flavor and it was the perfect spicy level for him (which is very high). Highly recommend and will purchase again soon as he's using it practically every day! ”

" A must for any fridge. I have not found a protein that HOT-A-SAURAS does not compliment the food. "

“ The Ring of Fire Sauce has a delicate sweet flavour with a perfect mild heat , first time trying it was on some chicken drums and I was not disappointed. Would recommend as a companion to the table along side the salt and pepper! ”
